NHK杯特集 その21 もっとも大切なこと

さて、楽しい利府杯ですが、今年はいつもと日程が違う、会場も不便といろいろ問題をかかえている大会となっています。

そして、昨年、真駒内で「来年は宮城でお会いしましょう」と聞いた時に、もっとも心配されたのが地震のことだと思います。

もっとも大切なこと、皆様の安全ということについて、お話しておきます。
不安をあおる目的ではありません。
皆さんと一緒に楽しい大会にしたいとの思いからです。

実際、宮城県内は毎日小さな地震は起きています。
たまに震度3とか４程度はあります。

会場のセキスイハイムスーパーアリーナは、耐震性に心配は無く、地盤も山を削って造成しているので安全な部類です。
確かに交通アクセスは悪く、不便ですが、海岸から遠く、地盤も安定、建物も安全ということになります。

ちなみに5年前の会場だった仙台市体育館は、天井が落ちました。床もゆがみました。

大会中にも、多少の揺れは起きると思います。
少し大きいなと思ったら、何でもいいから頭を守る！！
クッションがある人は、頭に迷わず乗せる。
慌てて走り出さない。
将棋倒しになっては大変です。

家を出てから、家に着くまでが遠足です。

皆様を安全にお返しする、これが何より開催ホスト地域の役目です。
私は別に運営側ではありませんが、気持ちだけは持っていたいと思います。
