世界フィギュア国別選手権開幕によせて

明日から東京代々木第１体育館において、世界フィギュア国別選手権が開催されます。

昨年の４月に横浜で開催される予定でしたが、震災のため世界選手権とともに幻となった大会です。

現地観戦は参りませんが、今回はご存じの通りペアがついに世界選手権で表彰台に乗ったということで、ペアスケーティング不毛の地と言われた日本もついにここまで来たと思います。
私が髙橋成美さんとマーヴィン・トランさんの演技を初めて生で見たのは、2007年に仙台で開催された全日本ジュニア。バックヤードで必死に演技要素を繰り返していたのを思い出します。

前回まではシングルで得点を稼ぐも総合力に勝るアメリカの優勝となったことは記憶にあるところです。
今回は果たしてどうなるか。楽しみは演技や得点ばかりではなく、キスクラ周辺にある各国の控え席での応援コスプレ。
前回のアメリカチームは楽しませてくれました。

そろそろ日本も必勝のはちまきは・・・やめて少しハイカラにしてもらいたいかなと・・・＞高橋大輔キャプテンよろしくお願いします。
