プリンスアイスワールド2008横浜公演 その１〜Road To Shin-Yokohama〜

5月5日　その日愛知県内にいた私は長旅の疲れでへとへと状態で新横浜に向かうべく、名古屋駅に
向かう。
お昼には駅ビルでひつまぶしと企んだのですが、11時前に着いたのにお目当てのひつまぶし屋さんは
大行列！名古屋の外食事情はどうなっとんじゃ？
ということで時間もビミョーなので断念して、名古屋名物スガキ屋でラーメンにしました。

外はかなり強い雨。今回はのぞみの500系（通称Ｗ編成）に乗ってみました。この車両が東海道区間
から姿を消す日も遠くはなさそうなので、もう一度乗っておくことにしました。

新横浜までは一駅なので少し眠っておくことにして、280km/hの世界を堪能。
横浜も雨の予報でやはり私は遠足の日は雨が降る。
あっという間に神奈川県に入り、新横浜に到着。
500系とも恐らくお別れとなるだろう。

今日も新横浜は人出が多い。例年通り横浜アリーナではジャニーズのコンサート。
新横の駅を出ると駅ビルが新しくなったために駅前は一変していて、これはとまどう。

通常通り歩道橋を渡って行ったが足取りは重い・・・すでに旅に出て５日目で疲労はピークです。
半分息を切らしながらも新横浜プリンススケートセンターが見えてきて、午前の部が終わった模様で
妙に厚着な人たちとすれ違う。
まだ行列はないようだが・・・何かが違う。
今回は正面玄関ではなく東ゲートから直接入場するので、行列はそちらに出来ていた。
ＥＸシートとＳＳ席、その他と別れての入場列に並んで待つ。私、ギリギリの時間で入場が
嫌いなんですよね。
開場時刻になっても中からは続々と午前の部のギャラリーが出てくる。私たちみたいな最後まで
しぶとい人多いのかな？

そして入場すると変わることのない新横浜プリンススケートセンターがそこにあった。
一時は売却対象とまで言われたリンク。救ってくれたのは荒川さんの金メダルであることは
疑いようのない事実。

夢の世界へ誘うプロムナードへ足を踏み入れる・・・
