プリンスアイスワールド豊橋公演〜その5〜プルシェンコ登場 [アイスショー]
彼の名は Evgeni Viktorovich Plushenko
この名前を聞く度に思い出すのは、2001年 東京で開催されたＧＰファイナル。
あのときはヤグディンとの２ショットが見られた大会。
そして19才のプルシェンコが爆発的なパワーでヤグディンとの一騎打ちを僅差で
制した大会。
そして、満を持してソルトレイクに乗り込んだが、仮面の男を舞ったヤグディンに
破れて、銀メダルをポケットに仕舞い込んで失意の中、ソルトレイクを去った。
4年後、トリノの表彰台の中央で最も輝くメダルを手にすることを自分自身に誓って
・・・
そして、彼はついにトリノで金メダルを手にした。しかし、彼には怪我以外の敵は
いなかった。爆発的なパワーも闘志もなく、精密機械のような、そう昔旧ソ連時代の
抑圧された日々のように淡々と世界最高得点で手にした金メダル。
彼は2007年の東京へやってくるのか・・・
というわけで、突然ＰＩＷ豊橋にプルシェンコが登場すると聞いた私は毎日頭の中に
トスカとSexBombが流れていました。
前半での登場がなかったので、１本の登場となることはわかりました。
そして、登場した彼はやはりトスカの衣装でした。
私、実はトスカを見るのは３月のシアターオンアイスに続いて２回目です。
でも、今回は至近距離です。
そう、やはり氷の上を舞うのは、まごうかたなきプルシェンコ。
ステップシークエンスでは周囲から完全に浮いてハイピッチの手拍子で後押し。
そして、正面で静止した彼に私は周囲を気にせずに「ジェーニャ ハラショー！！！」
と叫んでいた。
そのときの彼は歌舞伎で「見栄を切る」に近い目線をしていた。
あっという間に時は過ぎ、エンディングでは私は一人でスタンディングオベーション
をしていた。
果たして、来年東京へやってくるのか・・・
それにはやはり２人以上のスケーターが250点オーバーの世界に来ることです。
できるなら、ワールドベストを更新して、プルシェンコが東京へ王座を奪還にくる
ことを期待しています。
